All channels and content available through our service are either licensed broadcasts, publicly available streams, or provided under applicable broadcasting agreements. We do not host or store any content on our servers — we aggregate and resell access to existing broadcast streams.
If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed, send a written notice to hanandigitalstore@gmail.com including: (1) Identification of the copyrighted work, (2) Identification of the infringing material and its location, (3) Your contact information, (4) A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized, (5) A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, (6) Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will: review the claim within 48 hours, remove or disable access to the content if the claim is valid, notify the user whose material was removed, restore material if a valid counter-notice is received, and document all takedown actions.
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same information listed above plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts.
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. Repeat infringers will have their subscriptions terminated without refund.
